Lauren McManus Lbik

Lauren McManus

Co-Founder and Professional Blogger

Lauren is the extremely focused, type A, leader that we all know we would be doomed without. She brings organization and direction to this wild team of bloggers.

Lauren has been a professional blogger since 2016. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2010 with a B.S. in Accounting. She received her Masters in Business Administration from Louisiana Tech in 2013.

Shortly after passing her exams to become a Certified Public Accountant license, Lauren quit her full-time job as a tax accountant to pursue a career in blogging. She became the resident Pinterest expert and attributes a lot of her first blog’s success to the 500,000+ views they were able to drive from Pinterest.

Her extensive business knowledge helps her to handle the finance side of things while also providing a ton of insight for future endeavors. Lauren has been featured in several publications including Forbes, INC, Entrepreneur, Yahoo!, and more.

When Lauren isn’t in work mode, she’s often hiking mountains and volcanoes or doing yoga near the beach. She travels with a group called the Wifi Tribe, a co-living and co-working community of entrepreneurs, freelancers, and other remote workers. She has been to over 35 countries – all while running her online business full-time.

Alongside Lauren Alex was able to grow his next site Avocadu to six figures in just one year. Due to his success and understanding of the blogging industry, he decided to launch Create and Go with Lauren and has helped hundreds of thousands of readers along their blogging journey.

He also enjoys working on other business ventures as well as working on his personal website AlexNerney.com.

Team Vision

We will do whatever it takes to help 10,000 people make a full-time income blogging so they have the time and resources to live “The Good Life.”

So, what exactly does this look like from this team?

Create and Go will have the most informed, dedicated, and hard-working team of any blog on the internet.

And that will be accomplished through…

  1. Fostering a sense of community and closeness amongst our employees.
  2. Making sure that each team member has the experience needed to provide the best information available for our students.
  3. Ensuring each team member has an attitude that corresponds with the Create and Go mission and meshes well with not only the rest of the team but our students as well.

Our courses already have an awesome track record for success, and our blog is already well-known and a multi-million dollar success.

But we’re going to become #1.

We know that our hard work alone is not enough, and that is why we have built this amazing team of unique professionals.

And we won’t stop growing till we are #1.

But throughout this journey, it’s important to us to stay true to ourselves and to foster a team and community that believes in our values as much as we do.

So, make sure that you take a good hard look at the faces above. Because of this team, these people… This company’s vision will become a reality. They will work day in and day out to make sure we provide the best blog-building experience the world has to offer, and the best part is, they’ll laugh and smile all while they do it.
