Turn One Client Decision Into Five Useful Posts
I stopped treating an entire redesign as one case study and published each reusable decision separately.

My first instinct was to write one giant post called “How I relaunched Create & Go.” It sounded impressive. It was also almost useless.
A reader cannot try “relaunch a whole company.” They can try changing one CTA, renaming one tool, or restructuring one comparison page.
So I changed the publishing unit
Now I save four things whenever I make a meaningful decision:
- The problem I could actually see.
- The change I made.
- The evidence I used.
- The smallest version someone else can test.
That one note can become a short post, an email, a screenshot breakdown, a course example, and a future checklist.
Steal this
Open the last project you finished. Do not summarize it. Pull out the five decisions another person could copy in under an hour. Each decision is its own post.
The work is already there. The trick is making the lesson small enough to use.
