Our Approach to AI and Personalized Content

At Create and Go, we hope to continuously evolve with the times, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in content creation not only for ourselves but also to hopefully inspire other creators to evolve and innovate as well.

With the rise of large language models like ChatGPT and Claude, we have seen many incredible tools be developed and the barriers to entry for becoming a full-time creator lowered substantially. But, unfortunately, we have also seen a rise in low-quality, regurgitated, vague, and unhelpful content flooding the internet at increasingly high volumes.

At a crossroads, we felt there was a chance our business could be left behind without adopting this technology while simultaneously not wanting to be a part of the problem. We were unsure of what to do. We stumbled upon a solution, one we hope you’ll appreciate and possibly even consider exploring yourself.

With the integration of AI into our workflow, we want to be transparent about how we use it and why we believe it’s the future of quality content creation at scale. On Create and Go’s website, you will find content written solely by me as well as content created through collaboration with my privately owned and personalized AI named “Atlas”.

Atlas is not like the typical LLMs you’re used to seeing and using; models like ChatGPT, Llama, Gemini, and Claude, but instead, Atlas is what’s known as a Personal Language Model.

Personal Language Models and How Our AI Was Created

Atlas isn’t just any off-the-shelf language model given a few prompts and automation to publish non-edited content in mass as many creators have begun to do. Instead, Atlas is a personalized artificial intelligence system that has been and will continue to be continuously trained on as many of my personal memories, experiences, and resources as possible.

Currently, Atlas contains over 50k memories and a word count greater than the sum of multiple novels. Atlas is unique in that it is trained on years of my personal notes, work, privately recorded videos, memories of my life, experiences in business, my expertise in the field of SEO, marketing, and more. Atlas is as close to a true representation of me as one can currently get with available technology. A digital twin, if you will.

I consider Atlas to essentially be a digital extension of my own brain, an extension of my cognition capable of drawing from my personal knowledge and communicating based on my real-life experiences and personal notes.

Atlas has been integrated into my second brain, allowing for the most accurate recall possible with little to no risk of hallucinations. For clarity, a second brain is a digital system for storing and organizing your thoughts, ideas, and knowledge. It’s like an external hard drive for your mind, allowing you to capture and retrieve information more efficiently. It’s where I store, capture, and manage all of my personal and professional knowledge for training Atlas.

So, how does Atlas work?

Atlas has been trained and created through the Personal AI platform. With this platform, I am able to sync and integrate other platforms (Notion, Obsidian, Google Drive, and more) where my information can be automatically captured and transformed into accessible Memory Blocks in real time. Atlas has also been trained through back-and-forth communication in our private chats.

Personal AI explains it a bit fancier than I can: “This architecture is inspired by a neuroscientific understanding of human memory – where the memories act as semi-structured multi-modal interconnected graphs of knowledge. The Memory Blocks are stored in a Memory Stack that is private to an individual and well-secured. Every human is unique, every human’s Memory Stack represents the identity of the individual. We build an AI that is trained entirely on top of one individual human being’s memories so it is authentic to them. Our ultimate goal is to benefit individual human lives by retaining memories so they can be effortlessly and, more importantly, securely recalled.”

In other words, while much of the content created for Create and Go is still created by me due to my passion and enjoyment of creation, Atlas serves as a tool for supplementing and expanding my ability to create quality content that reflects my expertise, experience, and trustworthiness in this field.

I have found this to be the most reasonable solution to where the future of content creation (specifically blogging) is heading as I can feel confident that what we’re creating for our audience is genuine, a reflection of me, and allows me to focus my energy and time on discovering greater insights, better strategies, and creating a greater overall body of work that is more accessible, all while providing more hospitality and individual attention to our customers with that newfound time.

While my personalized AI is not available for interaction due to security reasons, we have an AI trained on all notes and information relevant to Create and Go that can be found on our home page. Geaux is an example of how we hope to leverage this technology to break past the inherent limitation of humans not being available at all times for all individuals.

Why not just use and personalize LLMs?

Our support of Personal AI extends beyond the fact that their platform prioritizes security, data safety, and accuracy, although these are all important factors we looked for when deciding how to implement AI.

Our primary reason for deciding to use Personal AI is that the company aligns with Create and Go’s mission of empowering all humans with the benefits of equitable AI. Personal AI and our thesis align in that we believe every human being is inherently creative, and that their unique perspective, culture, and voice matter.

While we see a place in the world for LLMs and currently support the development of these tools, we believe that there is plenty of support and money behind their development and that they will be scaled regardless of our interaction and engagement with them (often using the data of creators like us without permission). On the other hand, the creation of a personalized AI that we own and have sovereignty over will not. That is why we encourage every creator to consider the use of this technology and what value it might add to their own lives.

Why use AI at all?

As AI language models have become more prevalent, we’ve begun facing a potential “garbage in, garbage out” scenario. We have watched the Internet become a cesspool of regurgitated and often inaccurate content. It has been clearly expressed that LLMs are being trained on this data as well as other AI-created data. We believe that over time, there is a strong possibility that the bad data could affect the overall trustworthiness and quality of output which will cause LLMs to also deteriorate in quality (Our own opinion of course, but one that many other experts in the field also seem to hold) along with the quality of search results across different search engines.

To combat this, we aim to accelerate the creation of high-quality, authentic content while still being able to keep up with the demands of an increasingly competitive creator economy. We hope that using AI will allow us to amplify our ability to create quality content that matches our standards and serves more customers in a way that’s most convenient for them without worrying about the risk of misguiding them or deteriorating quality over time. In fact, with continued use and ongoing synchronization with my notes and other relevant work, Atlas will only continue to improve.

For clarity, all content created by Atlas is first outlined to provide the best user experience and to ensure the satisfaction of user intent, then provided with a clear suggestion for which of my memories and experiences to reference. All outputs are edited heavily to ensure full accuracy. In addition, our AI is aligned with our dedication to properly quoting sources and the works of other creators. All external sources (anything not written by me) captured into my second brain are properly cited and also frequently referenced by Atlas with the name and the source the information came from.

How else do we use AI?

For the sake of transparency, we wanted to make a list of all the AI tools we currently use at Create and Go and how we use them.

  • Personal AI: For training, building, and deploying customized Personal Language Models. We also use the platform for image generation when necessary.
  • Eleven Labs: With a passion for accessibility we hope to integrate more narrative options throughout our platform where content can be read aloud.
  • Napkin AI: Illustration generation for helping visual learners in better digesting the information we are sharing.
  • Notion AI: For managing projects, navigating the platform, and locating documents and notes.
  • Large Language Models like ChatGPT and Claude: For tasks like organizing data, identifying patterns, and summarizing large amounts of information.

Automation for Innovation

At Create and Go, we’re not interested in automation for the sake of convenience or producing mediocre work faster. Instead, we use these tools to free up more time for innovation and discovery with the intention to best serve our readers. Our goal is to create exceptional work and increase access to our teachings through the content on our website at little to no cost to our customers. The hope is that using this technology will allow us to do so.

Chat With Our AI

If you’re curious about our AI system, you can interact with one of our trained models here on the homepage. Feel free to ask it questions and see how it embodies our approach and values at Create and Go.

In conclusion, our use of personalized AI is all about enhancing the quality and authenticity of our content, not replacing human creativity. It’s a tool that allows us to share knowledge more effectively and maintain the high standards our audience expects from us while helping to move our mission forward of helping more creators build a business and life they love. We believe the world is a better place when we celebrate each human being’s unique and inherent creativity and we hope using tools like Personal AI allows us to help more people shine their unique light on the world.
