A City Name Is Not Local Proof
A location page only becomes local when it contains evidence the generic service page cannot use.

I have reviewed a lot of local SEO plans that are basically Find and Replace: copy the service page, swap the city, publish.
That creates another URL. It does not create local relevance.
My minimum-proof rule
I do not want the page published until it contains at least three details the generic service page cannot honestly use:
- A local project or result.
- A city-specific constraint or buyer question.
- A nearby team member, relationship, service area, or testimonial.
This is an anonymous composite from construction, engineering, and professional-services work. The clients stay private. The pattern is the useful part.
Steal this
Delete the city name from your page. If the rest of the copy could belong to any location, you do not have a local page yet.
